  • Effectively manage all tasks needed for a seller or buyer transaction.
  • Ensure all documents/contracts are fully executed (signatures, dates, disclosures and brokerage information).
  • Manage documents, uploading to transaction softwares/sites and compliance review.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, county clerks and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Creating and designing additional flyer or graphics for price adjustments, open house invites, guides, and other events. (1 page only and up to 3 revisions - content word not included).
  • Schedule/confirm appointments.
  • Track important dates, follow ups and deadlines.

DUAL REPRESENTATION

CONTRACT CANCELLATION
